Winners of Tripoli's first ever Photo Marathon were honored at an exhibition of their work this week.The student shot solely in black and white, highlighting the contrast and use of light.Mourad, a native of Tripoli, is a student in cinematography and visual arts.The Tripoli Photo Marathon was a part of the Participatory Municipalities Program, implemented in various cities throughout the country.Winners were announced on Sept. 12, and their photos were showcased at the Tripoli Photo Forum on Sept. 24 at Al-Rabita al-Sakafia, the Tripoli cultural center.
